The film is about an architect whose mother-in-law refuses to make let him marry her daughter when he refuses to take a bribe to improve his living conditions. He becomes an addict due to frustration with his circumstances. He then gets acquainted with a prostitute and marries her later on without telling each other anything about their past. The events of the film continue to escalate.
