NEW CENTURY OFFERS FIRST PRIZE AT THE CAIRO FILM CONNECTION

A selection of 12 projects will be picked to be part of the Cairo Film Connection (CFC) over the course of three days within the 38th Cairo International Film Festival (CIFF) (15 -24 November). In addition, the CFC has announced selecting producer Hossam Elouan as the Manager of this year’s edition.
CFC offers monetary prizes to film projects in development and production phases, including the First Prize to a film in development or production granted by New Century, the Best Egyptian Film Project Prize granted by Al Massa Art Production, the Color Grading Prize at Aroma Studios to a film in post-production granted by Film Factory, and the ACC Prize to the winning film project’s producer to attend the Rotterdam Lab at the International Film Festival Rotterdam – IFFR, presented by the Arab Cinema Center (ACC) .
CFC hosts filmmakers from all over the world, who have a project with an Arab connection (director, producer, co-producer, main talent, location, subject matter, etc…).
