A charity child care is used by its manager to cover his criminal activities, as he kidnaps children and asks for ransom. He tries to abduct the daughter of an engineer, Ahmed, who decides not to surrender to the criminals and inform the police. The police asks a former criminal to disguise and to join the gang to be able to arrest its members.
